At Horton Heath we love Harvest time – the tradition of members and villagers making and donating produce and home baked treats continues to this day and adds to the the overall celebration. It’s a real thanksgiving for everything that God provides for us daily, and yearly and the wonder and awe in the detail He creates in everything; the variety in colour, pattern and markings, texture, tastes and smells… Nothing is too small or insignificant, and each has its purpose – and that care and attention extends way beyond the vegetables and the much sought after chocolate cake to each and everyone of us…
